When you sign up for an account with Navitome, you need to give us your name, company name, and email address. This allows Navitome to send you invoices, updates, and other essential information. We do not sell personal information to third parties, and we won’t use your name or company in marketing statements without your permission.

If you contact Navitome with a question or to ask for help, we’ll keep a record of that correspondence, the email address, and phone number for future reference

Navitome may use software programs to create summary statistics, which are used for such purposes as assessing the number of visitors to the different sections of our site, determining what information is of most and least interest, improving technical design specifications, and identifying system performance needs or problems.

The only times we share your information is as follows:

  • To provide the products or services you’ve requested, with your permission.
  • To investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of our Terms of Service, or as otherwise required by law.

Deleted Data

If you cancel your account with Navitome, any data you entered will no longer be stored on our servers past 30 days. Anything you delete on your account while it’s active will also be deleted within 30 days.

Navitome LLC reserves the right to change this policy. We will notify you about significant changes by emailing the account owner or by placing a prominent notice on our site. You can access, change or delete your personal information at any time by contacting [email protected]itome.com
