Can I specify who receives the support emails for my account?

Yes, you can specify who on your team receives support requests from your readers. You can also send it to a group email for which numerous people have access. In the admin dashboard under the Account Setting panel, there is a section to specify the email address that receives the support requests. You can also change the message that users see when they hit the support button in Navitome.
