What ways can a user give feedback for guide content?
Users can give you feedback through a few different mechanisms. Feedback is broken down into two categories – entire guide feedback and specific content feedback. The user gives feedback on an entire guide at the end of the guide or through the alert (bell icon) at the top of the guide’s page. The reader gives feedback on specific sections by using the feedback button embedded in the bottom of each guide’s page. They can tell you if the content was helpful or not through predefined messages or a custom message. All of this feedback is viewable to you in the analytics report generated on a guide or multiple guides in the admin interface.
