When I answer a question that’s in the content of a guide, who sees that answer?
If you see a question embedded in the content of the guide, this is called a “survey question.” Survey questions are designed to get more information from the reader in the context of the content. They may be mandatory or option depending on the preference of the author. The author and others at the publishing company may see the answers to these questions in the Navitome analytics. These questions show up in multiple formats from checklists to file submissions.
